Stunning Brown and Cream Large Peruvian Chulucanas Pottery Vase signed by artist Luis Salas. The people in the village of Chulucanas in Peru are well known for their pottery creations. Utilizing a traditional technique, the white parts of the design are protectively covered in wax while the pottery is exposed to smoke. The end result produces stunning, rich shades of contrasting brown - black against white. There are no chips, cracks or repairs.
